Owners that have purchased a re-sale home, in need of re-keying their post office box should visit the Broomfield Post Office and request to have the box re-keyed. This will be done at a cost of $40

Trash/Recycling Service

Anthem Ranch Community Association contracts with Waste Management to provide trash and recycling services.

Trash is collected from residential homes every Monday. Trash totes must be at the curb by 7:00 AM.

Recycling is collected from residential homes every other Monday (as illustrated by the YELLOW weeks in the Trash & Recycling Calendar attached below).
Recycle Totes are to be at the curb by 7:00 AM.

Residents should be sure to bring all totes up from the street as soon as service is completed.

We observe six holidays each year:
NEW YEAR’S DAY
MEMORIAL DAY
INDEPENDENCE DAY
LABOR DAY
THANKSGIVING DAY
CHRISTMAS DAY

Holidays may affect regular collection schedules. If your trash day falls on or after a Waste Management (WM) observed holiday, trash collection will generally be delayed by one day for the remainder of the holiday week. For example, if the 4th of July falls on Tuesday, customers who usually have Tuesday service will shift to Wednesday. However, Monday customers will still receive their service on Monday.

Please note, while Trash Service can be stopped should you be out of town for an extended period of time, the Association is unable to adjust the payment amounts.
