Our Place

We are a safe and quiet community with nearly 1300 ranch-style homes nestled among 640 acres of gently winding roads and naturalized open spaces. Our first home was built in 2006 and our last phase of building will be complete in 2020. Anthem Ranch is perfectly located 15 miles north of Denver, 15 miles east of Boulder and about a 45 minute drive to Denver International Airport. Best of all you're never more than a few steps away from breathtakingly beautiful mountain views.

Our Programs

Staying active is more than just a wish at Anthem Ranch, it’s a lifestyle. That’s because every resident has full access to hundreds of fun activities to strengthen their body, stimulate their mind and socialize with friends. There are over 90 club and interest groups, dozens of additional fitness and wellness classes, educational opportunities, and social gatherings all designed to find and feed your passions.

Our Playground

This is where Anthem Ranch shines bolder and brighter...Over 49 miles of trails that wind throughout our neighborhoods and open spaces, where there's a mountain peak on almost every horizon, how could you call anywhere else home? All this is anchored by the Aspen Lodge, a 32,000 square foot social epi-center with an amazing array of amenities offered within a cozy Lodge setting.
